ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEMBER
Ms Elke Dall studied Sociology at the University of Vienna and has a background in research on networked organisations, quantitative and qualitative evaluation, and science, technology and innovation policy analysis.
At the Centre for Social Innovation, she is actively involved in European Commission-funded projects related to international research and innovation cooperation. Her work focuses on the analytical and practical aspects of cooperation between the European Union and countries and regions around the world. She is the founding Chair of the European Union Science Diplomacy Alliance and focuses on policy recommendations, mutual learning, and the development of pathways to impact. Ms Dall works on global cooperation through science diplomacy, with regional experience spanning the Western Balkans and Africa. She also has expertise in stakeholder engagement and co-creation methodologies. She currently coordinates the Horizon Europe project Consolidating European Science Diplomacy (CUSP).
