ADVISORY COMMITTEE MEMBER
Prof Brando Okolo is Head and Senior Advisor for Science, Technology and Innovation at AUDA-NEPAD, where he oversees the implementation of science, technology and innovation (STI) policy across Africa, with STISA 2034 and Agenda 2063 serving as key strategic frameworks.
He brings more than 20 years of expertise in additive manufacturing, materials science and hydrogen energy, spanning academia, industry and government advisory roles. He holds an MSc from the University of Leeds and a PhD from the Max Planck Institute and the University of Stuttgart. Prof Okolo is deeply committed to advancing Africa’s development readiness.
